Cancellation policy

This policy applies to Activity 2 — Group course. Enrollment is for a full 10-session course.

Cancelling before the course starts

You may cancel your enrollment before the first session begins. No cancellation fee applies.

Cancelling after the course starts

If you cancel after the course has started, the amount owed is calculated under the rules that apply to course contracts in Quebec. It includes:

  • the cost of the sessions already attended;
  • a cancellation penalty equal to the lesser of $50 or 10% of the course's total price.

Any remaining balance is refunded.

Illustrative example: for a $150 course, the maximum penalty would be $15, since 10% of $150 is $15. (The actual course price will be published separately.)
